All orders are delivered by Royal Mail. 
Delivery may be slower than the usual 3-5 working days due to COVID-19 delay.
We cannot be held account for packages lost in the mail, we have proof of postage reciepts for all of our orders.

Please contact the email [email protected] if you have to return or exchange a product and we will help you as soon as possible. For you to return or exchange your purchases, we must receive your item(s) back within 28 days of purchasing. The item must be unworn/unused. We can offer full refunds but cannot cover delivery costs. In the case of an exchange, we will send your new item out free of charge. We do not take responsibility for returns that do not arrive to us.
